A large-format offset press with numbering unit

Easy operation:   Buttons are used to control the performance of the forme inking rollers and the forme-dampening rollers, the supply of the ink and the dampening solution, and the feeding process. The three operation panels at different places of the machine facilitate the operation at any place around the machine. The position device shortens the time for mounting and removing the plate.

Spraying mode of lubrication: Press the preparation button before switching on the machine and all the gears and cams under the cover of the main motor will be oiled automatically in spraying mode.

Accurate registering: The front guide can be adjusted by a knob within +2mm; the six front guides of the machine make possible the use of paper size form A4. Wheel-type pull guide, which can be adjusted at working, secures accurate registering.

Steady feeding: In the front and the back of the head of the feeding device, there are 2 groups of suckers. The angle of the first sucker and the height of the second can be adjusted separately, which secures steady feeing. Rotating swing feeding grippers are used.

High accurate reduction: The 19 ink rollers are arranged with a precise position and the amount of ink supply is controllable. The machine has a small-sized water-cooling circulation device. A separate motor controls the continual working of the damping fountain roller. The amount of water supply is also controllable.

Double sheet inspecting: The machine has the electronic proof double-sheet device, and the mechanical proof double-sheet device which is suitable for thick paper.
