A2 Series high precision plastics injection molding machine was launched into market in late 2006. It is a much upgraded version based on A Series injection molding machine which has been launched into market since 2002. A2 Series not only inherited the advantages of energy-saving, precise controlling, fast response & reliable performance from A Series, but also made great improvements in repeatability, plasticizing speed, power consumption and machine noise. With all those advantages and leading technology implementation, A2 Series injection molding machine is extremely suitable for molding of electronic components, telecommunication devices, home appliances, toys and car components, etc.

Hydraulic system

Machine adopting multi close-loop variable pump system, an intelligent transform card will control the flow distribution of each pump. When set pressure is reached, only the main pump continues working, other assisting pumps are stopped in order to save power. Meanwhile, Japanese-imported original close-loop controlling card and close-loop pressure and flow sensor are adapted to guarantee machine repeatability.

Mechanical and safety devices:

• Integral injection supporting base with high rigidity. Extra barrel supporting base (from UN800A2 to UN2500A2 only). Double-carriage cylinder.
• Pressure sensor in injection cylinder, checking injection pressure and holding pressure online.
• Mechanical / Electrical / Hydraulic safety devices
• Ladder for materials feeding.
• Electrical safety door (from UN800A2 to UN2500A2 only).
• Automatic lubrication system for mold height adjusting mechanism.
• Suction filter outside the bank, easy for change of the filter core.

Controlling system

• 10.4 TFT LCD screen, independent CPU control.
• Multi-language selection. (Max. 4 languages)
• 1ms high speed scanning.
• Chart display of injection speed and pressure.
• Barrel PID temperature control with precision to 0.5 degree.
• SPC production quality control.
• 10 ms scanning time and 1 ms breaking control ensures machine fast response.
• Pressure setting by %, Bar or Mpa.
• CAN BUS connection between I/O board and other parts.
• CF card transmission of programme software and molding data.
• Machine movement monitoring. Machine shut-off automatically when alarm appears.
• Displaying page can be copied into CF card for easy transmission.
• 100 sets of date change information and alarm message can be saved.
