Depending on the size of the installation requirements, high pressure standard bag technology or medium pressure long bag technology can be selected to create the best solution both technically and financially in initial capital cost and long term operating cost. XINZHONG has two distinctly different pulse-jet cleaning technologies that have demonstrated excellent application experience in numerous applications. The high pressure pulse jet design has been successfully applied in a multitude of applications filtering dirty gas flow rates up to 1,200,000 ACFM. The high pressure pulse-jet technology relies primarily on shock impulse cleaning. Whereas, the medium pressure long bag technology relies on volumetric backflow to effectively clean the filter bag. Both technologies have a definite place in the filtration of dirty gases. However, because of the uniqueness of every process application, XINZHONG.s engineering staff is able to evaluate and suggest the recommended technology that is best suited for a given application based upon review of the process operating data The determination of the best technology to be applied for a given process is generally established by considering the difficulty of the dust to be filtered, space availability for the control equipment, the number and size of compartments or modules needed and the air to cloth ratio that must be employed to achieve the desired operating results.

XINZHONG's pulse-jet baghouse particulate removal technology is regularly employed with a number of our acid gas and heavy metal technologies to provide a complete single source air pollution control system. Amerair employs both sodium and calcium based dry injection systems, dual fluid nozzle spray drying absorption systems and specialized carbon based injection systems for control of the above effluents.
