Inject-grout 3200 is a Two component hydrophobic water-activate chemical grout base on MDI polyurethane. 3200 component A can only react upon contact with water, it can expand up to 30 times and the resin is 100% solvent free and 100% solid. The material has very low viscosity and reacts with water to form a strong film, gel or foam depending on the level of water present in the environment. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the mass of the cured material stayed constant regardless the moisture level of its environment. Therefore the reacted material does not shirk or swell. 3200 component B is a type of catalyst. Expansion volume and gel time of the resin can be controlled and adjusted by the addition of 3200 component B .
