DYC Wet Construction System is an advanced waterproof system which is developed by DY company and applicable to underground engineering. PCCM is used as bonding agent, specialized bonding mechanism high polymer modified bitumen self-adhensive waterproofing membrane  is used as waterproof material, with other supporting materials, forming the DYC wet construction waterproof System. At present, it is very hard to maintain the traditional waterproof sheets(such as SBSAPPPVCEPDM) once the protective layer is damaged after constructing with the problem that the sheets and base cannot bond firmly. While, the self-adhensive glue of DYC Wet Construction Self-adhensive waterproofing membrane can form strong adhension strength between cement mortar of upper layer and concrete structural layer of underlayer with its specialized technology, it can avoid flake,detachment , improving the sheets waterproofing quality greatly. It also solves the phenomenon of Water Breakthrough from the root.

Then, one of the great advantages of DYC self-adhensive waterproof system is used on the wet surface. The base surface of traditional sheets must be dry, fearing of water, while DYC waterproof system doesnt fear water, it can be used as usual with wiping the base surface even if after raining heavily, at the same time, its applications are increased greatly.

Installation

1.       Clean the base surface: clean dust sundries, draw waterproofing  membrane laying base line.

2.       Smear cement mortar or grout: sprinkle water first if the base surface is dry, then smear polymer emulsion grout or cement mortar.

3.       Lay DYC : tear isolating membrane under the waerproofing membrane as lay on the cement mortar. Parallel butting or lapping up and down between the sheets. Iron out the waterproof membrane  upper surface gradually with proessing roll extract fillerexpel air of lower surface in order to bond tightly between the sheet and cement mortar.

4.       Pressurize interface: pressurize with hermetic heal or polyurethane sealant. Clean up first if the butt parts are polluted.

5.       Construct on vertical plane: construct on vertical plane after constructing on plane. Vertical plane construction can paste with grout, fasten with steel nail.

6.       Close up: fasten the edge of sheets back cut with aluminum alloy or steel nail, pressurize back cut with specialized sealant.

Cautions

1.       Shall not damage the sheet with steel or hard objects.

2.       Shall strengthen waterproof layer protection when tie steel or pour concrete.

3.       Shall not construct on the base with pollution, water ,ice.

Transportation & Storage

1.       There should be no more than 5 layers if set horizontally.

2.       Be under the dry and well-ventilated condition; avoid sunlight and raining.

3.       Forbid meeting with oil and organic solvent, keep it away from fire.

4.       Shelf life: one year.
