Air through the filter and heater into the air divider at the top of the drier, hot air entering the drier was uniform rotation. liquid material was pumping to the drier by high pressure pump then spurt out by nozzle,liquid would be atomized,so greatly increased surface area,contacted with hot air and flow, moisture rapid evaporate, in a very short period of time got into a dry powder . Collected at the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone segregator, exhaust released from the fan.
