1  Crusher System: crush the fluffy pulp at a time.

2  Material feeding and SAP dispensing device are controlled by independent frequency inverter.

3  Cotton core spoke (or mould wheel)forming and grid embossing device.

4  Elastic waist, front waist tapes and side waist tapes are available.

5  The main materials are wound by the driving shaft of constant tension control. It is controlled automatically in production and does not need to shut down or reduce the speed to change the rolls. With the automatic rejection device, it picks out the defects automatically.

6  The main material adopts pneumatic feeding shaft and automatic rectification device.

7  Front waist tapes can use forming material or spread (the draft can be cut as positioned)
