EY81 Series Hydraulic Metal Baler (Discharging by Lifting)
Application:
EY81 series hydraulic metal baler can squeeze all kinds of metal scraps (steel shavings, scrap steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, as well as scrap vehicle waste, etc.) into rectangular, octagonal shape, cylindrical shape and other qualified charges, which can reduce transportation costs, speed up the furnace speed and lower smelting cost.
The series are mainly applied to steel mills, recycling processing industry and non-ferrous metals, ferrous metal smelting industry.
Technical Features:
1. All types adopt hydraulic driven system, manual or PLC automatic operation.
2. Discharging methods: tilting, pushing pack (side push and forward push), the former take and manual take etc.
3. Installation without foot screws, diesel engine can be available if there is no power.
4. Ten press force ranks from 63T to 400T, production efficiency from 4T/shift to 40T/shift
5. Compression chamber size and mass size can be customized according to customers' requirements.
