4. Application

This product, as a inorganic flame retardants with high filler loading capacity, has been used in variety of polymers, such as PP, PU, PE, PVC, PS, HIPS, ABS, EVA, unsaturated polyester, EPDM, rubber, silicone rubber. A lot of satisfying examples have been demonstrated in fire-retarded paints/coatings, resins, cables, tapes, interior decorating materials, transporting belts. Advantages of this product include good chemical stability, irritability-free to human skin, good performance in smoke suppression, low cost and environmentally friendliness.

As a new inorganic fire retardant , it has the features of non-hailde , low smoke , non-toxic, anti-drop and filling.

1. Characteristics of Product

This product, a mixture of aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, is prepared through unique processing techniques in surface modification and dispersion, and thus exhibits advantages from both aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, and can be used as a filling flame retardant in a variety of polymers. In comparison of simple mixing, the product displays better dispersion and processing, especially in a case of high filler-loading, which exerts less effect on mechanical properties of resultant articles.

We offer this product in a series of specifications with different particle size and surface coating, which can be used for rubber, plastic and thermosetting resins as flame retardant, filler and smoke suppressor. Based on consumers requirements, we also provide specific products for special uses.

2. Application
