1. After you receive it and before you open the weft head, you can return it to us in 5 days to get 100% refund for your hair but not including shipping cost.
2. After you open the package and weft head but before you use it, if you find any quality issue on weft head or hair itself, you can return to us to get replacement. In such case, we pay for the shipping cost of new replacement but you need to pay for the shipping cost to send it back.
3. After you use it, the cause of the issue is hard to be defined due to human hair weft is natural product, we don't support on refund.
General Care:
The following provides general guidance are for all of human hair products
As each individual product may be different, consult your hair stylist for the specific instructions.
1. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair or dry naturally. Do not expose to strong sun light!
2. Comb curly hair gently with your fingers. Do not brush!
3. Wash and condition hair regularly
4. De-tangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist hair!
5. Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly!
6. Brush straighter hair in a downward motion straight hair with the ends. Work your way up to the roots!
7. Certain items should not be brushed. EG braids, domes, ETC. Please consult your hair stylist if in doubt!
8. Hair may tangled if general care directions are not followed properly!

Q. How many pieces in one pack?
A: One pack is one weft, one piece, about 100g, 3.5 ounces.
Q. How many packs for a full head?
A: If you need to do a full head, it needs 2 to 3 packs, but if you need very full head, then 3 packs will be better.
Q. Why are the hairs getting tangled?
A: Because the hair is being dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not comb (wide tooth comb) your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
Q. What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat our hairs as your own hairs. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner. Please don't use very high temperature, and make it by chemical ink. Chemical ink means the chemical which you dye the hair or color the hair, or fix the hair texture.
Q: Why the wavy hairs don’t keep the curl after washing?
A: If curly hair, the hair will come back to curly after you wash, but if wavy, body wave will become loose wave after you wash. And we have some big wave which is keep a little better than body wave.
Q: Can they be straightened?
A: Treat the hairs like your own hairs. You’d better not straighten the hair for using longer, since if you need to straighten the hair, then you will use high temperature, and that will damage the hair quality.
