Appearance: Light yellow to brown powder or scrap, no obvious impurity.
Taste: Sweet with typical malt taste, no peculiar smell.
Package: 25kg or 20kg per bag.
Storage: Solid malt extract should be kept properly, avoid from rain, moisture.
Shelf life: 12 months in normal temperature.
