In contrast with traditional ones, it provides the perfect characters of exceptional strength, ultra thin diameter, light weight, sensitivity and reliability.
The UHMWPE fiber has the outstanding characters as below:
(1) Superior strength-to-weight ratio, 10-15 times stronger and 1/8 weight of steel line with similar diameter;
(2) Have an elongation of less than 3% at break, which is close to steel rope and much less than polyester and nylon ropes;
(3) High resistance against tension, bending fatigue and abrasion;
(4) Anti-erosion, anti-alkali , anti-salt and UV resistance;
(5) Can float on water, and doesnt absorb water;
(6) Easier and safer to handle and maintain.
