Situated on the mountain tops 2694 feet above the sea level, Mingshan tea plantation is one of the largest Ti Kwan Yin tea plantations in Anxi County, where Ti Kwan Yin is originated from and the best is made. Far away from urban pollutions, the plantation has the best ecosystem for Ti Kwan Yins growth with annual average temperature 20-25, humidity 70-75%, precipitation 1800mm, and sunshine 2450 hours.

The carefully-selected tea plants are nurtured in the mountain mist and drip-irrigated with spring water. All tea leaves are hand-plucked and processed by well-trained tea masters. The outcome is the top-quality premium wholesome tea. Based on the testing conducted by Agriculture University of Fujian Province, Mingshan ecological Ti Kwan Yin contains nutrition and minerals 2-4 times more than average oolong tea.
