Our invented and patented clip-on indexable milling cutter employs coated carbide tip.  Each cutter has 3 cutting edges.  The cutting tips hardness is HRC85.  It is more durable, which is 6-9 times compared with jointing carbide cutter after coating protection.  The lifetime of the whole cutter is 72 hours, i.e. each cutting tip and the cutting edge can be used continuously for 24 hours.  The degree of surface finish is Ra0.4-0.8 micron.  Our clip-on indexable milling cutter achieves milling and molding in multiple cutters without re-grinding or resetting, that reaches the international advanced level in multiple cutters milling and molding field.
