Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer is one type of high-speed analytical
instrument, which be widely used in various metal material, metallurgy,
concrete, mining, glasses and porcelain, petrol oil and catalyzer areas.

3.Configuration for one complete set of CS-8800:
3.1 Infrared Detection Unit
Circuit design: the modularized design with double CPU for the whole frame is
divided into the upper and lower levels while the electronic circuits are highly
integrated stably in the meantime the multilevel hidden-type isolated circuit is
employed so that it is free from HF interference.
Power: the linear close-coupled modular power block ensures stable output
without fault.
Light source: the tailor-made new model platinum infrared light source has
lasting caloricity and efficient spectral property.
Analysis cell: the gilded carbon & sulfur analysis cell is fit with the high
precision TSC infrared detector (1011); It is also possible to have the
double-carbon cell or the double-carbon & double-sulfur cell fit out all the
clients request.
Motor: the special-purpose aviation modulation motor is applied with
satisfactory thermal stability whose life expectancy exceeds 100000 hours.
3.2 High-frequency combustion system
Radio circuit: the design of high-duty radio circuit and the application of 6KVA
HF pliotron (with 2.5kVA workable power, feasible for idle combustion with no
sample load) can lessen the load on the HF combustion unit and elongate its life
span.
Military-purpose glass vacuum tubes and ceramic vacuum capacitors.
HF control circuit: it is used for automatic of the electromagnetic valve. The
elevation or descent of cylinder and the performance of HF unit.
Automatic overtime/over flow alarming system enables the HF furnace to work
under normal condition. The optional current/voltage/power regulator for furnace
temperature control; it is applicable to samples of various materials.
3.3 Analytical gas path system
-Gas path: the high precision flow controller ensures the stability of gas flow
as well the gas intake system (such as electromagnetic valves, unions, cylinder
hoists) for automatic leakage detection.
-Dual standard correction for solid and gas
-De-dusting unit: the combustion head self-cleaning devices effective for
reducing the influence of dust for the result of analysis; ash removing system
for the inlet.
-0.4um submicron metal filter secures thorough separation of dust from gas and
can be used for a long time with no need of the ultrasonic cleaner.
3.4 The fit-in software
WIN2000/XP full Chinese operation interface is easy to leam and convenient to
operate.
The completely functioned software is competent for more then 40 functions such
as curves/data production and memory, deduction of blankness, preset of
parameters, selection of curves, systematic diagnosis and auto/manual printing
of analysis result, etc.
Dynamic data integration, linear/error self-correction, or the client is free to
make adjustment of the working curves accordingly.
There are eight passageways for either carbon or sulfur, so the client can
choose different passageways based on the different materials and contents of
samples.
Dynamic display of various real-time record of data and curves of carbon or
sulfur release during the analysis.
Surveying the width of linearity, which is also expandable.
