TIONES TM 6021E is a water redispersible polymer powder based on a copolymer of
vinyl acetate and ethylene, using poly(vinyl alcohol) as a protective colloid.

3.Application
TIONES TM 6021E is flexible with very good adhesion. The typical application field is
polymer-modified dry mixtures based on mineral binders such as cement, lime or
gypsum:
* Cement-based tile adhesive
* Tile grouts.
* Compound adhesive mortar of EIFS
* Gypsum plaster
* Repair mortar
* Grout mortar
4.Properties
TIONES TM 6021E can increase the binding material cohesion and improve the
performance of cement based products. As a result it provides the following benefits,
improves bonding strength substantially
improves workability
improves the crack resistance
improves flexural strength
reduces elastic modulus
5. Dosage and Handling
Add recommended amount of TIONES TM 6021E to other powdery materials to
obtain finished products by proper mixing. The dosage may vary from 1% to 3%
(referred to dry material) depending on the application and desired performance.
The required dosage should be evaluated in suitable tests prior to the final
application.
6.Storage
TIONES TM 6021E should be stored in a cool, dry place. To prevent moisture
penetration, packs which have been opened should be sealed again as soon as
possible. On account of thermoplastic behavior of the redispersible powder, bags
must not be stacked higher than one pallet.
TIONES TM 6021E storage time should not exceed 6 months from date of delivery.

20kg/bag, 25kg/bag: multi-layer paper bag with polyethylene liner.
8.Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection
Risk of explosion by static sparks or ignition sources.
Use only explosion-proof equipment.
Use with local exhaust ventilation.
Wear protective eyeglasses or chemical safety goggles.
A safety data sheet will be made available on request.
