Solar water heater project

Centralized solar energy heat supply can be widely used for factory, school, army, hotel and public bathroom and others. More and more group begin to use this because of its environment friendly and energy saving. The solar energy heat collector has been used in many projects, with its high efficiency, low cost and high reward.

Working principal:

1)      Flat plate solar energy collectors are composed of series parallel flat plate solar energy collector, to convert solar radiant energy to heat energy.

2)      When the temperature T1 of temperature sensing probe of collector is higher than a set T2 temperature of output water of circulation loop, the intelligent control will start the circulation pump automatically.(compulsory circulation)

3)      The circulation pump make working medium circle in the circulation pump,to pass the heat collected by the collector to the heat storage box, to increase the water temperature contiously in the box.

4)      During the working of circulation pump, when the temperature gap is less than a certain point, it will stop working.

5)      When the water temperature in water box reach the set highest, the controllor will stop the circulation pump. The circulation system has fuction of automatic emission for over pressure and automatic adusting pressure.

6)      The asistant electricity heating system can help to maintain the upper water temperature automatically; Ensure hot water supply in cloudy and rainy weathers.

7)      Anti-freezing: When the water temperature of collector is lower than 45,the system will active compulsory circulation system to avoid outdoor collector being frozen in winter.

8)      When the water temperature in pipe is lower than the set point, the conductivity system will start automatic circulation,to ensure enough water pressure to get hot water once the tap is turned on.
