Notice:

    Insulated gloves and shoes should be used when make maintenance, and its dangerous to touch the connection parts directly.

    Wet cloth should be used when cleaning the battery. If the dry cloth and duster be used, electrostatic maybe produced and cause the fire and explosion.

    The isomer acetate, gasoline, naphtha and other organic solution, detergent shouldnt be used when cleaning battery container or it may cause the damage of the container and leakage of the solution.

    Voltage and surface should be checked periodically, and the screw and nuts should be tightening periodically.

    VRLA batterys safety valve is under vent valve, so its forbidden to dismantle the safety valve and vent valve, or it may cause the batterys performance, lifetime declined.

    Batterys installation and places replacement should be refer to relative peoples assistance.

Periodic check

     Notice:

    Periodic check is according to the time specified in the instructions.

Check up according to the instructions when the battery exceed the specified standard, and make record. When the battery exceed the specified standard and keep using, it may be damaged and burn out.

    Check-up should be executed by the people with expertise or entitled licence. Unskilled people may cause mistakes.

    Before check-up, pls stay away from the battery and be sure to remove the electrostatic through the body-metal conduct or other ways, or it may cause the fire and explosion via electrostatic.
