from steel plate , this can make pulleys to run at higher speed , to has
elasticity ,to protect pulley bend .Big slack bearing make the pulleys reducing
rub resistance and running well at high speed . Bilayer oil-seal structure
can make pulleys working well at the condition of dust, rain, high-lower
temperature .Lithium grease gives pulleys longer term effect . Summarize,
pulleys has the feature of lower rotation resistances , min-radial run-out ,
min-off setting , good sealing and oiliness . The feature has reached the
standard of DIN (running 30000 h ), (excepting buffer comb pulley ) , and loss
ratio is not more than 12% .
