1. Application

Model GH-05 quick-drying high-gloss offset printing ink is suitable for sheet-fed offset press ( including single -color,double-dolor,4-color of multi-color ),and used for printing high-quality brochures,magazine and other pictorial.

2. Compositions & Features

Model GH-05 quick-drying high-gloss offset printing ink is prepared from new-type synergistic resin,dry-type vegetable oil high-boiling point petrol solvent,the latest refined bonding agent ,high-quality pigment and high assistant agents. As the pulp-like adherent, its quick to set, brilliant in tone, clear and complete in dot, stable in printing process, and good in effect.

3. How to use and Caution 

 No additive necessary for printing under common circumstance. 

 Slightly adjust when some factors affect the performance, like ambient temperature, paper quality and printing speed. 

 a. Quicken drying duration. Mix with 2527 blending drying agent or 402 oil at the consumption of 0-2%.

 b. Adjust fluidity. Blend with 05-01 or 6# adjuster at the consumption of 0-5% before use. 

 c. To reduce the viscosity but remain the fluidity, blend with 05-92 thinner at the consumption of 0-5% 

 d. When the ink is too thick under some circumstance, blend with 52-94 thinner at the consumption of 0-5%. 

 e. For preparing light tone, blend with 05-93 thinner or 05-90 glossy pulp( or together with these two ) 

4. Resistance: 

  Resistance: 1-8(weak-Strong) other: 1-5(weak-strong) 

5. Packing: 2.5 kg per tin; 15 kg per iron barrel 

6. Shelf Life: 2 years (from the production date)
