Brush your teeth as normal
* Apply a stripe of gel to the top and bottom of the dental tray mouth piece
* Place the dental tray in the mouth against your teeth
* Place the light transmitter against the tray and close your lips to hold it in place
* Turn on the light transmitter
* After 10 minutes the transmitter will automatically turn off but if additional whitening is required the manufacturers recommend three 10 minute sessions per day
