Working principle:

•  Under the action of centrifugal force produced by the rotor rotating at high speed, the material enter into the material area through the upper and lower of the working head and sucked into the working chamber axially.
•  Under the powerful action of centrifugal force, the material are sent into the narrow space between the stator and rotor, dispersed and emulsified preliminarily by the centrifugal press and impact forces etc.
•   Under the action of linear speed at least 15m/s produced outside the rotor rotating at high speed, strong hydraulic shearing, liquid layer, attrition, breaking and impaction will be formed so as to make the materials sheared, emulsified, homogenized and crashed sufficiently and discharged through the stator groove.
•   The materials are continuously ejected radially at high speed. The direction will be changed under the resistance of the materials themselves and the vessel wall. At the same time, under the action of axial suction at the upper and lower produced by the rotor area, the upper and lower strong turbulent stirring flow will be formed. After repetition for several times, the materials will finally finish the process of dispersion and emulsification.
