I. General description:
The instrument consists of experiment facility and signal source and in combination with oscilloscope one may observe the standing wave phenomena formed by the tensioned string and understand the vibration rule of string.
It uses heavier steel string and thus eliminates the trouble of string breaking. The tension is adjustable in several steps and thus the impact by friction force is effectively reduced.
