   4. Instructions--
The principle of support frame structure and ground sifter structure milling machinery are similar, but only one is different,that is the ground sifter one, its sifter is placed on the same level with roller mill, and the support frame structure one, sifter is set up on the upper of mill, that is to say, the stocks pass through the sifter, and slide into mill instead of sucking by blower with pipes to decrease the power consumption, at the same time easy to control the machine.
Considering the limited capacity of extractor, our company has developed and manufactured sifter classification milling machinery which adopts excellent bearing mill, patent right aluminum sifter screen, steel support frame, the technique art flow is same as large-sized flour factory, thus the flour quality is same as or better than that got from large-sized flour factory.

Technics--
Cleaning technology consists of crude wheat cleaning and clean wheat cleaning. It adopts the technology of: the wheat is sifted twice, threshed twice, separated form rocks twice, washed with water, that guarantee the quality of the wheat before into mill.
The main equipments: two sets of wheat surface cleaning machine one set of 3T type washer, two sets of plane rotating sifter, one set of destoner, one set of magnetic separator, one set of high-speed vibrating sieve.
This equipment adopts the flour-milling technology of flour-time barking (4B) five-time mashing (5M) one slugging (1S). It has enlarged the sieving areas and improved perfected sieving efficiency, especially adopts vibrating grader. It guarantees the quality and high rate of flour extraction.
