- By mean of watering cotton,terylene, terylene, hemp and its blends in order to shrinke the fabric to meet thereguirements of shrinkage, stablization and improve the hand touch.
- Nominal width: 1800-3600mm.
- AC frequency conversion transmission, design speed: 10-80m/minute.
- Shrinkage:≤16%,water shrinkage≤1%.
- Rubber carpet: imported from Canada or domestic high quality rubber carpet.
- Diameter of support roller: Φ616mm with imported bearings Big and small dry rollers: Φ2000mm and Φ1000mm or: Φ2500mm and 3pcs of Φ570mm.
- Watering: steaming roller 1 or 2 pcs, or with water gog.
- Appropriative frequency modulation motor with coder, shrinkage displayed, man-machine interface operation.
- Friction roller added with glycerin(or kerosene), optioned axial deviation.
