Aerial insulated cables of rated voltage up to and including 1KV
This is a kind of climate PVC,PE and XLPE insulated aerial cables of copper core,aluminum core or aluminum alloy core ,suitable for overhead power line of AC rated voltage 0.6/1KV and below.Long-term permissible working temperature of cable conductor:PVC and PE insulated cable can not exceed 70 degree,and XLPE insulated cable can not exceed 90 degree.
The layout temperature of cable shall not be lower than -20 degree.
Permieeible bending radious of cable:the cable whose O.D. is shorten than 25mm,its radius shall not be less than 4D; the cable whose O.D. is 25mm or more than ,its radius shall not be less than 6D.
XLPE insulation aerial cable
This product is used in aerial electric circult at AC rated voltage 10KV.The long time working temperature of cable should not be highter than 90 degree.While installation the ambient temperature should not be lower than -20 degree.When core is in short circuit(max 5s) the temperature should not exceed 250 degree.
