Results of this study show the increase of both the levels of cGMP and cAMP, which validates the physiological observations of the aphrodisiac properties of whereby Eurycoma Longifolia is found to increase and enhance the levels of cGMP and cAMP in the rabbit corpus cavernosa tissue, even in the absence of sexual stimuli.
