Instruction

1.Open the outer package when use.

2.Remove the cold pack and peel of the backing paper, apply directly to the body part where need to be cooler.

3.Each patch one-shot use, change a new one after 6 hours.

4.Put in fridge for minutes will be better,but do not storage in fridge please.
