How the vacuum tube solar collector works?

1) Solar absorption: Solar radiation is absorbed by the solar tubes and converted into heat.

2) Solar heat transfer: Heat pipes conduct the heat from within the solar tube up to the header pipe

3) Solar energy storage: Water is circulated through the header, via intermittent pump cycling.

3. How We Produce It?

By using latest flowpipe shaping machine, we produce flowpipe-the key part of a solar collector by ourselves. This is under the strict produce process.

After the collector was made, we install the sample and check carefully to ensure our customer get the qualified product.
