The crankshaft pulleys are made with the balanced trial of whole move, then the un-counterbalance would less than 30g.cm which made the engines run stably.

The cylinder head gasket fits grouping comply with the quantum of the piston protrusion, which assured the compression ratio of the engine invariably and work stably.

The gap between piston and cylinder sleeve is strictly controlled into 0.027-0.045mm for reductions of piston reversing shock to cylinder sleeve and mechanical noise.

The oil sump is made of the double-deck steel plate, and the sound-absorbing material filled in the middle plate, which can absorb the noise in the cylinder efficiently and reduce its level.

The timing-gear case, the timing-gear case cover and the valve-chamber cover are all made of die-casting aluminium, which also could decrease the mechanical noise level.

By cooperation with the Austrian AVL company, we improved the design of the cylinder block, which strengthened the intensity of the cylinder liner and avoids the heat distortion.

The maximum ambient temperature of radiator could reach 50, which improved the environmental adjustability of the engine. It can be widely used in high pressure countries like Africa and Middle East.

The crankshaft is forged by alloy steel, which made the life cycle 3 times longer than common cast-iron crankshaft.

The turbocharge is merged by the cooling and lubricating systems for a reliable working.
