The comprehensive analyzer, is capable of on field detecting contents of SO₂+SOF₂, H₂S, CO and HF in SF₆ gas rapidly at the same time, as well as accurately analyzing and determining inner faults of SF₆ electrical equipment (including breakers, mutual inductors, transformers, GIS and casing, etc.) by the built-in expert system, then providing the scientific basis for status maintenance of the equipment. It is applicable for supervision of SF₆ electrical equipments and quality inspection of SF₆ gas in electricity, railway, metallurgy, petrochemicals and the industries manufacturing SF₆ electrical equipments.

JH3000-4 analyzer has the following functions:

1)  Multi-component detection, it can detect contents of SO₂+SOF₂, H₂S, CO and HF, then provide more specific basis for fault diagnosis of equipments.

2)   Automatic decision for detection endpoint, which improves the accuracy of detection data.

3)   Auto-compensation of sensor for the temperature drift, which insures that the actual data can be obtained in various ambient temperatures.

4)   A built-in system design scheme is adopted. The built-in operation system can beautify the interface and provide a friendly man-computer interface in addition to improving the real-time performance and stability of the system .

5)   Protection function against excessive gas concentration, which prolongs the service life of sensor

6)   USB interface, which is convenient for data storage and transmission.
