2. Every item will be tested for 12 hours and functions will be checked by our qualify QC again before ship. We would highly recommend you to hire a professional installer to install on our products.
3. Brand new item will be exchanged ONLY if item defective (scratch free) within 14 days from the delivered date. Please inform us immediately in case of any problem. Most problems can be fixed via e-mail. Buyer should pay the return shipping cost and insurance to our China location. We will be responsible one way shipping from our location to you within 14 days warranty return period. If item is not defected as described, we will not be responsible any shipping cost and handling cost.
4. Warranty will be voided if warranty label was broken. Also, if item was defected by operation error and installation error, we do not be responsible any shipping, repair and handling cost.
5. Defective item (in case) will be repaired without service charge within 12 months from the shipping day. We do not be responsible any shipping cost after 14 days warranty return period.

Additional extra shipping cost US$23.00 will be charged by FedEx if your shipping zip code is out of delivery area (unusual area). Please provide your zip code city name for me to check. We will inform you before ship in case of unusual area. Also, FedEx will be charged US$11.00 if re-direct (correct address) shipping address after item shipped from my location.
3. EMS Express (Ship from HK to Worldwide; door to door service). Around 3 to 8 business day. Trace at internet.
4. Post register air mail (Ship from HK to Worldwide; door to door service).  Around 7 to 21 business day. Trace at internet.
5. Insurance recommended. Protect for loss and damage during delivery. We do not be responsible in case of postage loss or damage in case of uninsured. Buyer be  responsible to provide all information that request by Courier Company. The final decision is Delivery Company.
