Upper roller universal plate bending machine&sheet bending machine

 It is a hydraulic 3-roller rolling machine. It is used at room temperature and with this machine you can finish all the processes including pre-bending ends of a plate, rolling a plate round and setting it round at a time without a turning back after feeding the containers with carbon steel or low alloy steel.
  The upper-roller can move vertically and horizontally.
  Pre-bending is done with asymmetrical upper roller and the lower rollers through the horizontal movement of the upper roller.   

Spheronization is done through the movement of the two lower rollers which are driven by the motor and the reducer.

Because the standard height of the lower rollers is fixed, it is easy to feed and operate.                                               

There is a detailed electrical schematic diagram with each machine, and  the electrical alignment is carried out in strict accordance with the drawings. The number at both ends of each connection integrity is clear, and the same number of lines to connect is not only marked on the line terminal board, but also in the electrical wiring diagram and schematic diagram accordingly.
