granulator Application:

Pharmaceutical industry: tablet, capsule granule, granule of Chinese medicine with on or low sugar.
Foodstuff: cocoa, coffee, milk powder, juice of granule, flavoring and so on.
Other industries: pesticides, feed, chemical fertilizer, pigment, dyestuff and so on.

Principle of Work:

Put certain amount of powder raw material into the fluidized bed as crystal seeds. Meanwhile liquid raw material is pumped into the atomizer. First most parts of moisture are removed through contacting with air with high temperature momentarily and the residual moisture is removed at the bottom of fluidized bed with low temperature. At the same time the granulating is finished too.

Feature:

1.Integrate spraying, drying/fluid granulating in a body and .realize granulating in one step.

2.Using the process of spraying, it is particularly suitable for micro auxiliary raw materials and thermal sensitive raw materials. Its powder is 1-2 times that FL boiling granulating machine.

3.The final moisture of products can reach 0.1%.It is equipped t\with powder returning device. 4.The rate of granulate forming is more than 95%, 0.2-2 mm of granule.

5.The improved inner roller multi-flow atomizing in design can treat the liquid extract with 1.3/cm3 of gravity.
