Structure
The main structure frame adopts 8 MF open rolled-steel section, each side of the open rolled-steel section has a 9.2mm diameter installation hole with mode number 20mm or 100mm, its easy to carry out inner installation.
There are two designing types of the main structural
frame for the consumer to choose, the complete
modular type structure and the partly welding
type structure.
The device can be assembled according to the draw-out type unit and fixed separated unit.
Enhancing thermal capacity of adapting elements, it reduces the additional temperature rise of the socket, connector the cable terminal and separator
caused by the temperature rise of the adapting elements.
Each of the function chambers is separated to others; the separating chamber consists of function
unit chamber, busbar chamber and cable chamber, the separate clearly and reliably to each other. If one of units cant operate, it will not influence
other units, the fault can be limited in the smallest range.
The level main busbar adopts the line forms of bank leveling lay-aside to enhance the busbars electric resistance also it is with better dynamic
and thermal characteristic, and it can bear 80/176kA short-circuit current.
The device connects to the cable outside in the cable separating chamber, the cable can be in or out freely, zero sequence current transformer is assembled in the cable separating chamber, so it can be easily installed and repaired.
In the same supply distribution system, the short-circuit current can be limited by the current limiting reactor, the busbar voltage can be kept at a limited value, the strength requirement for short-circuit current of elements can be reduced by it.
Function unit
Dimensions of different drawers only change it height, the width and depth of the drawers are the same, the drawers with the same function can be changed freely.
The vertical effective installation dimension of the PC cubicle is 1920mm. Three feeding line can be assembled in it with peak current of 1600A, effective
installation height of MCC cubicle is 1760mm, 11 drawers of unit or 22 drawers of 1/2 unit can be assembled on it.
Different pieces of the same specification piece-structure socket connector have been adopted as in or outlet line of drawer according to the different current.
Adapting form between the drawer and cable chamber adopts the same pole-type or tube-type structure ZJ-1adapting elements according to the different current.
The clear marks such as opening,closing,testinganddraw-out have been put on the drawers.
The mechanism inter-locking device has been assembled on the drawer units.
The drawer unit has enough auxiliary socket connector
to meet the requirements of connecting points of the computer socket and self-control circuit.
