2.Pole & Clamp

Raeslor uses High Intensity Aluminum for our poles and clamps, anti-rusting and lightweight materials have outstanding durability and makes easier on-site installation.

Raeslors aluminum clamp design is a registered patent (#10-0898153) under the Commissioner of the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

3.PVC Coating

Raeslors steel decks and stairs are all PVC coated with superior weatherability and corrosion resistance. All sharp edges are eliminated by this process creating a safer atmosphere for kids to play in.

4.UV Powder Coating

Raeslors poles and pipes are sprayed with non-toxic polyester powder coating. Anti-rust sealant is applied, melting and hardening process is continued, finally baked to a  perfection with great weatherability and glossy finish.

5.Lock Nuts/Bolts

Raeslor uses standard stainless steel bolts and lock nuts to prevent corrosion and to protect any accidents caused by loosening bolts.

6.Safety Bolt Cap

All bolts are finished with a safety bolt cap to prevent any injuries caused by contact
