QG-HA type fully automatic aerosol filling machine

QG-HA type fully automatic aerosol filling machine consists of a Linary can stacking machine, a fully automatic blower, a fully automatic evacuator, a sealing machine, a gas filling machine and a conveyor belt. It can continuously complete cylinder feeding, blowing, and evacuation, sealing and filling automatically. The productivity is 30-40 cans per minute.

   The machine features high productivity, safety and reliability, simple operation and convenient maintenance. Its main technical indices have all reached the level of foreign products its kind.

.Rotary can stacking machine

Rotary can stacking machine puts the aerosol can(empty) on the can stacking machine, and the can stacking machine is connected to the product line conveyor belt, so the aerosol can be deliver to the product line. A 0.37kw 380v stepless timing anti-burst electromotor(users should explain their countrys power electricity voltage).

.Fully automatic product line conveyor belt

This conveyor belt consists of a stainless steel flat-plane chain, a bracket, a 1.1kw 380v stepless timing electromotor(users should explain their countrys power electricity voltage). Stainless steel flat-plane chains width is 82.5mm.

.Liquid filling machine unit

1. Liquid filling machine unit has a pneumatic gearing, and pneumatic elements are all from SMC japan. Liquid filling machine unit has 4 working procedure.

a. blow ash working procedure, use compressed air to blow out ash, sundries from the can.

b. 3 liquid filling working procedure, can fill 3 different kinds of liquid at the same time, and can also fill one kind or two kinds of liquid at one time, each working procedures filling capacity is 0-200ML. Max. filling capacity is 600ML, refrain filling precision is 0.5%.

When liquid filling is finished, go on to the next working procedure through the conveyor belt and the workers put the aerosol valve into the can. (fully automatic valve install machine is being developed in our factory)After the aerosol valve is in the can, it is put into the gas filling machine unit through the conveyer belt.

.Filling machine unit

   Filling machine unit is the same as the liquid filling machine unit that they both use compressed air power, and pneumatic executive elements are from SMC Japan.

Filling machine unit consists of 5 working procedure:

a. aerosol valve adjust equipment(same function as the products of PAMASOL Swiss), aerosol valve adjust working procedure can automatically adjust when workers fail to put the valve in position, and press it into the can(the valve has down 3 points).That is convenient for the next working procedure.

b. Use aerosol can sealing machine to seal. Seal diameter and depth can be adjust easily in a range(in addition, our factory provides seal diameter and depth measure apparatus, two makes up of one set)

c. There are three sprayers in each filling machine. They can fill three different kinds of propellant at the same time or one or two kinds of propellant. Each filling sprayers filling capacity is 0-200ML. Filling precision is ±0.5%. Filling speed(based on filling 100g three-butagas, 40-45 cans/min.)There is a inhale cover in filling machine unit. Customers can install a blow machine on their own working condition in order to blow remain gas in the filling machine unit. When producing auto spray-paint products, it is possible to fill with buttons.

d. Propellant pressure-increase pump, to increases pressure to propellant, and make it into pure liquid in order to measure more easily. QG-HA type fully automatic aerosol filling machine has two double-direction increase pressure pump with big capacity and a liquid store can.
