- Interconnectable with Garvan AC smoke & heat alarm up to 40 pcs to increase protection. An alarm on one detector will trigger all other interconnected alarms (only the triggered alarm will flash a red indicator)
- AC Power Indicator -- Indicator light shines continuously under normal conditions to let you know the alarm is receiving AC power.
- 9V Battery Back-Up -- Power failures don't stop AC smoke alarms with battery back-up. Smoke alarm goes on working even if the household power fails.
- Photoelectric technology is generally more sensitive than ionization technology at detecting large particles, which tend to be produced in greater amounts by smoldering fires, which may smolder hours before bursting into flame. Sources of these fires may include cigarettes burning on couches or bedding which is general thick, black smoke, little heat and may smoulder for hours before bursting into flames
