Main applications

Multifunction cutting machine is used in cutting all leaves,seedcases,roots,vines,herbs,fruits and seeds medical use and agricultural products. It can cut the herbs into slices,sections or strips within 0.7-60mm,It can also cut the materials into polygonal granule within O.7-50mm.

Main features

     It uses polyurethane conveyer belt(abrasion-resistant,cutting-resistant).The machine works continuous. It can adapt to the material entering quantity spontaneously and suitable for cutting granule and fine granule, its wastage is no more than 3%,The granule is with smooth incision and good shape. The whole machine is easy to clean,operate, maintain and the drug effect will not be polluted. This is according with the requirements of GMP.

Working principle

     The tailor-made conveyor belt and the material-pressing system make the material move on step-basis.The cutting blade cuts direct on the conveyor belt.
