The high quality feed-grade calcium phosphate in our company is produced by calcination of calcium phosphite and high quality phosphorite at high temperature. The calcium phosphate is the abundant industrial by-product from the process of preparation of the sodium hypophosphorous with one step method and the high quality phosphorite is purchased from Sichuan province.
Calcium phosphate salt feed additive are dicalcium phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, defluorin calcium phosphate. The ratios of calcium to phosphor in dicalcium phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, defluorin calcium phosphate are 0.645, 1.290 and 1.935, respectively. The ratio in defluorin calcium phosphate is similar to that in animal bones, so defluorin calcium phosphate is much more suitable for intensive farm of birds and livestock.
Tricalcium phosphate of the product is high, which is up to 90%. The impurity is mainly silicon dioxide and other calcic or ferrous salts
