EPMS (Electronic Patrol Management system)

Our EPMS solution is a real-time solution to monitoring guard arrival status.    

Guard manager, security supervisor can on-line checking patrol records, moving status via Internet/ Intranet, or PC in centre.

It is a great different to all traditional patrol readers on the market which only adopt different RFID technology for contactless reading, store/ download registered data till patrol, tour guard back to centre. 

Our EPM is an integrated solution of 2-way-radio, RFID, GIS and MIS. It replaces the conventional patrol process requiring manual, or off-line recording of patrol status.

Features:  

• A passive RFID, that requires no power, can easily be placed at an outdoor, indoor patrol location.
• Its a palm size reader (PRU) which merge  MIC, PTT voice function into one single unit, that link by wire to a common 2 way market-available radio device. Or, a handheld radio with build-in module for RFID, contactless reading and data transfer. (option model)
• Finished a contact-less check at a remote check point. Supervisor will see the on-line patrol status showed on PC screen at headquarter. Received data content includes patrol name, name of arrived location, time and date.
• Send alert, if the status is not received in time
• Manager can easily retrieve data from database, carries out analysis and prints out related reports.
• This patrol data are transmitted with full transparency on existing voice based radio repeater, base system (VHF or UHF band) without conflict. User get advantage of in-time patrol data collection on voice service.  
• At the back-end centre, a fixed radio station (vehicle, car used mobile version acceptable, need a power convert) should install in the centre side to communicate with these remote handheld radio (equipped a PRU). And then, a well-designed Base Data processing unit (BDU) will handle all encrypted data pack transmit between PC and the fixed radio station for real-time data verification, two way confirmation in 2 seconds.

Application software:     

• Web base function or stand-alone version available;  Or, offer communication protocol, Data base file for self developing.
• Real time check arrival status: (1) table type showed per tour line,   (2) real time arrival symbol showed on a captured GIS picture or Floor plan.
• Server interface to link Google Map for wild area patrol tour monitoring.
• Detail description of application s/w offered on request.
