7. Material-Collecting and Feeding Device: The material collecting and feeding stand adopts dual scaffold. It can change material roller and collect materials automatically. The tension of material-feeding and traction of material-collecting and feeding adopt frequency inverter vector to control the linear speed .The tension of material-collecting adopts being controlled by torque motor. Performance: accelerate the stabilization of chromatography, position the cylinder in horizontal direction ,save materials inkimpregnate and energy for large quantities of printing products. 8. Drying and cooling device: The oven adopts centrifugal blower to blow and make suction. The electric quartz tubes are installed averagely in each group of ovens at their blowing mouth to heat .The temperature is controlled by intelligent thermo-controller. At the mouth is installed a centrifugal blower to cool each group of ovens to cool .While the returning roller adopts water-cooling device to control to assure the cooling of film. Performances save electric power.
