SCOPE OF USE

    Best Bonding TA100 is a ceramic tile adhesive mortar for the bonding of tile ,ceramic, marble and granite indoors or outdoors.

The surface must be structurally sound , dry, clean and free from any contaminants such as oil, grease, wax, etc.

    APPLICATION

    Pour a suitable amount of water into a clean container and slowly add the powder into liquid with constant stirring until the lump-free mixture is achieved. Allow the mixture to stand for some min. then restir. Ratio3.3:1(25kgs of TA100 powder require approx.7.5litre of water)

   Spread TA100 onto the substrate by using a notched trowel. Do not spread more than 1m²at a time. Then press the stone or marble rightly onto the substrate.

    For tiles with deep grooves or ridges, the adhesive should be buttered onto the back of tiles in addition to trowel onto the substrate.

    Depends on the surface structure, but normally as follows):

    3x3mm notched trowel    1.7kg/m²

    6x6mm notched trowel    3.0kg/m²

   10x10mm notched trowel  4.5kg/m²

    PRECAUTIONS

    Before using TA100 on concrete, cement render, plasterboard and fiber cement boards, ensure that the wall is fastened and stands well.

Dont mix the cured TA100adhesive with water and reuse it.

Do not step on the treated surface within 24 hours;  Commence grouting after 24 hours.

Do not use the product at the temperature below 5or above 40.

    STORAGE

    At least 6 months when stored in a cool and dry place in sealed bag.
