Performance:

1.       The structure is reliable and secure, with flexible structure systems of light steel, our prebab buildings can meet teh structural design specifications to resist heavy winds of 86.4Km/h and Grade 7earthquakes.

2.       All the components of the house are prefabricated before leaving the factory so the structure is convenient to assemble and dismantle and can be used repeatedly or recycled many times. Generally speaking, each worker can assemble 20-30square meters per day, on average, only six workers can finish one standard prefab building(3k*10k).

3.       With its bright and mild color, flat and neat boards, the house is beautiful to look at and comfortable to live in.

4.       The layout is flexible. The doors and windows can be set up in any position to provide for configuration flexibility. Partitions or clapboards of rooms can be assembled in any transverse axis site. The staircase is set up outside.

5.       Colored steel EPS sandwich panel has good fire proof and heat insulation performance because of the properties of the colored steel sheet and polystyrene material. The structure is also waterproof and leakage proof, without you having to do any extra treatments.

6.       Have long performance life. Painted antiseptically, the operational life span of the light steel would be up to more than 10 years and the EPS components of the building can be used repeatedly, so the shelf life is over 20 years.

7.       The specifications are various and structures are designed and custom made to suit your needs and requirements. The house adopts standardized components, the length and width of the house take K as modulus(1K=1820mm). The horizontal size of the house is xK+160mm and the vertical size is yK+160mm. Number of floors is denoted by the P modulus, 3P being one story and 6P two.

8.       With the rational and reasonable desigh and the convenience of assembling and dismantling, the house can be recycled several times without damaging and causing any building debris. Its efficient, economical and environmental.
