Description:

Pharmacological action:

1. Pharmacodynamics:

This product is semisynthetic macrolides antibiotics to be used especially for livestock and avian. Its antibacterial action is similar to Tylosin, which mainly used for Gram- positive bacterium, mycoplasma, and some Gram-negative bacterium. Its activities to mycoplasma, pasteurella and peripneumonia actinobacillus of livestock and avian are stronger than those of tylosin.

2. Pharmacokinetics:

This product could be fast absorbed by oral administration or hypodermic injection, and it could reach the peak value quickly and possess some character such as large apparent volume of distribution and strong tissue penetration. The drug concentration is high in lung and milk. Its half life period could reach to 1~2days and the effective blood drug level could last for a long time in animal's body.

Indication: Antibiotics, which used for the therapy of peripneumonia actinobacillus, pasteurella and mycoplasma infection.

Usage and dosage:

1. Calculated by Timikosin: Mix feeding, 200~400g of this product was added to 1000kg forage for 7days;

2. Calculated by this product: Mix feeding, 2~4kg of this product was added to 1000kg forage for 15 days.

3. Decrease the dosage while mix drinking.

Adverse reaction: No defined now.

Precaution:

1 .Only used for therapy;

2. Timicosin has stimulation to eyes and could induce allergic response, so forbid direct contacting.

Withdrawal period:

14 days for pig.
