DRX-I- PB/PC  Thermal conductivity testing machine (Guarded hot plate apparatus)

It mainly tests the thermal conductivity of plastic, glass, fiber, foam and other materials and is applied in materials properties detection  organization, scientific research institution, quality detection department of factory, Institutions of higher education teaching and research.

Main technical parameter:

 1. Thermal conductivity range: 0.015 to 2w/m·k;

 2. Maximum temperature: hot plate 80^oC with heating thermostatic water bath, cold plate with refrigerating thermostatic water bath make it below room temperature

DRX-I-PC: hot plate <300^oC with the heater control, cold plate with refrigerating thermostatic water bath make it below room temperature. Its minimum temperature can be -20^oC   

DRX-I-PC can have two test  piece and single piece testing device;

 3. Digital temperature measuring , accuracy is better than 0.2 level;

 4. Measuring heating power: 35W ± 1%;

 5. Measurement result can be  ± 3%;

 6. Sample size requirements(mm): 200 × 200 × (5-20)  or 300 * 300 * (5-50);

 7. It can configuration thermal resistance or heat flow meter device according to your requirements.
