1. the material prepared

2. Adhesive preparation

A.Adhesive can be used at room temperature,

B.Main dhesive agent A and the curing agent B mixed 

ratio of 100:25 (weight Ratio)
C.For mixed with volume ratio,will be in accordance 

with the main agent and curing agent than the re-calculated.

E.Using the mixer will be mixed adhesive all uniform.

Preheat adhesive, do not open the plastic buckets,to ensure

3. Glue coating

A. The adhesive will be mixed into

plates used for coating plastic, degree of weight, and then unit

C.The ideal amount of glue :200-300

4. Bonding

A.Adhesive laminate sheet should ensure that no air bubbles

Bubbles will affect the bonding effect.
