This machine is used to check, rewind and cut all kinds of roll materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP and PVC.

1. Imported PLC integrated control is used in electrical control system, human-machine communication is carried out by touch screen, Set and display working parameters a ccording to the requirements from different products.
2. Vector frequency-converting is adopted for winding and rewinding driving,automatic tension control is achieved through roll diameter calculated by PLC automatically.
3. Non-shaft pneumatic unwinding and rewinding,The width can be adjustable via electric drive.
4. Automatic stroboscope to observe printing images is equipped in the system.If there is any defects saw by eyes, press the button of defects, the button willautomatically go back to defect image. (automatic labeler is optional)
