The company makes available customized scenarios for purchase in China. The integrated, customized purchase planning covers supplier resources development, procurement channel management, funding, as well as international logistics. Therefore, resources utilization and profit margin could be maximized and the purchasing cost could be minimized in turn.
I. Development of Resources for Purchase in China
The company hunts suppliers for international purchasers in China and carries out comprehensive appraisals and assessments for those suppliers. If a supplier is already working with an overseas business, the company may also appraise performance of that supplier through the cooperation and send feedback to the overseas business in a timely fashion.
Nature of Suppliers Referred to by the Company:
Immediate supplier (manufacturer) in China or intermediate supplier (distributor) in China.
II. Channel Management for Purchase in China
There are four categories of purchase channel management for overseas businesses in China until now:
* The investor sets up an independent office in China responsible for processing purchase order and looking for potential suppliers (self-support purchase).
* The investor does not establish office in China but places order to suppliers directly (self-support purchase).
* The investor does not establish office in China but consigns placement of purchase order to the company (outsourced purchase).
* The company sets up underlying office in the country where the investor is in to receive purchase order from that country and then places orders in China (self-support purchase).
For the entrustment with full powers by investor, the company has created a dedicated data base for suppliers. The data base keeps detailed information including category of suppliers product, characteristics, quality, punctuality of delivery, etc. It can serve as the sufficient reference for our customers to select supplier.
