The machine is one of the five main machines for JCOE type LSAW plant, which makes an open seam pipe into a closed pipe body ready for pipe inside and outside welding.
On basis of introducing German technique, the machine is converted and designed. The tack welding machine consists of tack welding machine and auxiliary machine, and it produces a continuous tack weld over the full length of pipe. Tack welding is carried out under an inert gas shield. Welding machine is supplied by the professional welding manufacturer.
The machine can be used to produce LSAW pipe for oil & gas line and construction pipe
